What do students think about small group work?

Students will tell you in no uncertain terms what personal qualities they want in their fellow group members – below is a list of likes and dislikes. The LLB Crime and Society Group 2008-09 at the University of the West of England devised their own student charter for effective small group work which sheds some light on how to make it work, as does the feedback from students on the LLB at UWE.


Who do I want to work with?

Discussions with students over the years have revealed a number of likes and dislikes, summarised below. For those of you who do group work, there are probably few surprises here!
